Steve Neville

An established Salisbury-based artist, Steve Neville is following in the footsteps of his father – a lecturer and potter - and by drawing on his own engineering and fine art background is refining his personal vision of ceramics.

Perfecting his throwing technique, he brings a refreshingly straightforward approach to his ceramic work which results in elegantly pleasing forms.

He is now producing finely balanced bowls with the daintiest bases that can be unnervingly thin, finished with simple partial glazes to give his porcelain subtle hints of colour and design.
